Are drivers of certain makes of cars less safe?

Chevrolet Silverado Intimidator SS

Introduced in 2006 in order to honor the late Dale Earnhardt, Chevy Silverado Intimidator SS is one of the latest Chevy pickup special editions. It wasn’t much more than the regular Silverado SS, but it did have a few details of its own. For starters, there was the Black Onyx paint job, and then there were the Intimidator custom badges and the rear tailgate spoiler. Interior could have been ordered with either cloth or leather, but had unique embroidered seat headrests in both instances. Just like the SS, Intimidator too was powered by 345-horsepower 6.0L Vortec V8. Only 933 were made out of 1,033 planned. Final 100 were sold as conventional SS models the following model year.

I don’t know about less safe, the Kias, Jeeps, and pickup trucks in such a hurry have not caused any accidents while weaving through traffic that I have seen, always smirk when I pull up behind them at a red light! What did you gain idiot!

I have been in So. California were I 10 was going at 5 MPH😳

It’s not that they don’t have functioning directional signals (some do but not all) - it’s the drivers who have been wondering what that lever on the steering column does their entire lives.

I was surprised to learn that in an experiment where fake animals were placed along the road to if they would get run over, 89% of drivers who intentionally ran over the animals were SUV drivers.

Interesting. Just curious, SUV’s comprised what % of the road traffic in the study?

I don’t think he said. I wanted to know that too. The rubber snake got stolen by one motorist who tried to rescue it or something.

In the words of Bill Engvall “Here’s your sign”.

In 1968 at the age of 17 i bought a brand new Dodge Dart GTS with a 383 and Torqueflight. I can still remember how much time i spent on trying to get traction with that little car. Of course, being the idiot that i was, every time the light turned green id stand on the loud pedal. This didnt do much for tire life.
