I have a 1997 Jeep Grand Cherokee. Nice 4.0 vehicle. I also just happen to have a Chevy 402 BB with a 750R tranny sitting in a corner. See where this is going? Would this be a marriage made in heaven or like my first 2, in hell?
We have Jeep GCs at work. There is nothing you can do to a Jeep GC to nake it cool IMHO. But, then, they tell me “it’s a Jeep thing, you wouldn’t understand”.
From a mechanical standpoint, if you have a full frame, a plasma torch, a welder, and a budget sufficient to buy a compatable drivetrain (and possibly exhaust manifolds), you can fit anything into anything.
Don’t forget to consider the ECU too.
