I just bought a used car on e-bay. Is there any (simple)way to tell if the air bags are still in the dash?
If the SRS light illuminates in your dash when you turn the key to the On position, (indicating that the bulb has not been removed), but the light goes out when you start the car, I would presume that all is well. That is not a guarantee, but it is a reasonable bet.
