Because if they were, there would be a certification in AC repair hanging on the wall for all to see.

He said everything was fine AFTER he replaced everything and added the refrigerant but he didnāt know why the car wouldnāt blow cold air. So I just left because I didnt wanted to spend more money on it lol
I doubt theyāre experts on AC, I was just told the guy was good at it so i gave it a shot.
Does this guy work out of his home garage?

Sounds like the compressor is short cycling and the system is not properly charged.
You did not state your locale but if itās in a fairly high humidity area the accumulator should be sweating like a pig. If itās not then thereās an issue.
