It depends a lot on the surface the mold is on and the local conditions. In some cases a good dose of Ozone will do a lot. Soap and water often work well.
Eliminate moisture and a food supply for the mold and it will no longer be a problem.
You will never totally eliminate all the mold and if the conditions return, so will the mold.
