Previously, I hadn’t been optimistic about this company’s future, but it appears that things are looking up for them.
I’m surprised Amazon didn’t buy them, given that size of an order.

Amazon has a fairly large stake in Rivian, as does Ford
Great application for an EV van. Day travels only - no round the clock use. Short travel, lots of stops for re-gen, home base every night. As long as there is plenty of range at the end of the day this should be perfect use.
Not a lot of profit usually in fleet sales, but it pays the bills and allows expansion.
