On a Righthand turn, I have a rubbing noise like a file against a piece of metal (flat side to flat side). This is at a slow turn, flat or gradual incline. I could see where the rubber flap above the rthand upper control arm left a shiny spot. Pushed it in towards the engine but no difference. Driven on hard surface roads except our short driveway. Only on rh turns. Any ideas, please & thank you.

Is this only with the wheels turned full to the stop or will it do it short of that?
