Sometimes, but not always, when I make a turn I hear like a “clunk” sound… maybe one or two sounds… I think it’s coming from the rear of the passenger side… I’m not sure if it’s the wheel or the muffler or something else… or maybe just the car getting old…

Well, get under there and check your suspension linkage. Shake everything and see if you find anything loose, check for cracked/worn rubber fittings that can cause looseness. You might also want to check your trunk - maybe something rolling around in there. Also can check muffler and the supports that hold it up and the exhaust pipes - thay can rust and break and crack, even though they first appear to be there. You have to look closely and push on them to check for movement. Let us know what you find.
Also make sure the lug nuts are tight.
