2019 infiniti qx50 has engine knocking noise between 15 and 25 mph when accelerating slowly. Same noise in all qx50s tested. Infiniti says not a problem, a characteristic. It’s a problem to me and several other owners.

Is the manufacturer saying it’s not a problem or simply the dealer?
