We also have had issues with the windows opening on their own. I called the Honda dealer, and of course they cannot tell me what the issue is, even though you can google this issue and see that it is definitely a problem with the CRV.
The current theory circulating on the web is that it’s either user error (i.e., you’re opening the windows by mistake) or the fob is somehow triggering the windows even when you’re not holding it. One owner even bought a Faraday bag for their fob to prevent it from doing that. Seems like a fair amount of responsibility to put on the consumer but that’s the best response I can find.
