My 2019 ford fusion hybrid was sitting for approximately 36 to 48 hours without being driven. After that i noticed my alarm was not engaged, and i was locked out of my car. I manually entered the car and could see no signs of life. The whole car was totally 100% lifeless. NO electricity!

The 12 volt auxiliary battery has failed, this is not covered by the powertrain warranty.

Each vehicle computer requires 12 volts to operate, vehicle can’t operate if there is no power to operate the hybrid computer.
