I have water(rain) leaking into my care on the driver side. I was first told there was kink in the air conditioner line. Well it happened again, took it in and was told the seal on my windshield was twisted. Well it happened again, the repair guy pulled up the carpet and said there was a whole in the body seem. This should not be happening with a new ca(bought new first owner)
You have a warranty, use it! Ford owes you a properly working car insist upon it! If the dealer can’t fix it, go to another dealer! If you still have troubles, contact the Ford zone rep and complain! Contact a lawyer that specializes in Lemon Laws!
This should not be happening, but sometimes it does. Cars are complicated. It is up to Ford to fix it.
