started with wind sheild wipers would not stop, replaced control switch, now cruise control will not work, phone call buttons are swtiched on sterring wheel. on the dash board the gears on the trans mission are gone.

Was the car in some accident before?
Was it in repairs where a lot of electrical wires were disconnected/removed?
It would rare for such symptoms develop on 3-years old car…
Any rodent damage by any chance?
