There may be a problem with IAT sensor.

Unfortunately this sensor is built into the MAF sensor which means that must be replaced if there is a problem with the IAT.

I would have a scanner connected to vehicle that provides live data to see what the actual output is from the IAT sensor before replacing the MAF sensor.

Intake air temp sensors are usually just simple temperature-variable resistors and the resistance is easy to measure. These are not a common failure item, so I’d guess this problem is more likely a wiring harness or connector problem.
