I have the same issues missing oil, after 3000 miles , stick comes out clean, no oil what so ever.
I have bought oil, and i am keep adding one quart at every 1000 miles .
I know i will get run arounds from MFG .
Even with Hyundai’s long powertrain warranty, if you made the choice to not check the oil on a regular basis and let the engine get to a critically low level, “stick comes out clean”, you may have voided your warranty.
I don’t know Hyundai’s position, but many manufacturers consider one quart per thousand miles acceptable usage.
