“Transmission system problem” warning message pops up after about 10 minutes of driving. There is no change in performance, no unusual sounds.
Get to a dealer ASAP. Once there’s a noticeable problem your transmission may be ruined.
Once you notice a change in performance, it may be too late to prevent expensive repairs.
This needs to be diagnosed right away.
I will provide a human analogy:
You test your blood pressure and find that it is extremely elevated, even though you feel fine at the moment. Would it be wise to ignore an indication of a health problem?
