Loud rattling noise when switching from EV mode to Engine mode. Happens most often in cold weather. Mechanics say it is normal and nothing is wrong, but it sounds like a clunker and has since we bought it.
Go to another dealer. Escalate to Honda corporate.
I have 2019 Accord Hybrid and transition from EV to ICE is silk-smooth, you can barely tell if, mostly looking on the dash lights.
