Can the braking mitigation system be repaired? I have had my car in to the Honda dealership where I bought the car multiple times. The system alerts me at random times for cars that are in other lanes, oncoming traffic, etc. I think this is a dangerous system. The malfunctioning started after we owned the car for 1 1/2 years. Honda of America just told me to take the car back to the dealership.
Get everything documented.
Try a different dealership.
Does it only alert you or does it apply the brakes.
