Hello, i have adblue issue on my car, i get both adblue and engine check errors at the same time. they both come and go. i did check under the hood and saw crystalized urea built up around adblue injector. im wondering should i pay for replacement injector or is it factory error?

This could be something simple as DEF/AdBlue needing to top up.
Did you check the AdBlue level?
Also, failed in-tank heater is a common cause, as well.
