Is there a service bulletin or recall on the 2016 Toyota Sienna for the rear hatch with power open not staying open? The dealer mentioned he’s seen 4 other cases and would cost over $3000. It’s 3600 miles out of warranty.
The dealer can tell you the answer to recalls or TSBs. Did you think to ask when they told you this?
There is a warranty extension on the latch but not on the power lift assembly. Will the lift gate stay up when opened manually?
It belongs to my daughter. Dealer finally agreed to fix under warranty.
