I replaced the lift struts on the rear cargo door. I failed to seat the right strut fully, after a few cycles it came lose and was pinched between the door and the car frame. After that the door would power raise, but not power close. Manually it will close. (?) I checked the fuses and they appear ok.
You may want to take it to a body shop and ask them for an estimate of what it will cost to diagnose and fix whatever you messed up.
