Headlite assembly filling with rain water when parked o/s of my garage
Seals in the hesdlight have failed or there is a crack. Replace headlight housings or try new seals if available from the dealer.
Out of warranty?
The redneck way is to drill a hole into the bottom of the housing (If no glass is involved).

I thought of that immediately. I did exactly the same thing on the left taillight of a Fairmont that was formerly owned by my mother-in-law. I ran a bead of silicone caulk everywhere I could think of and the thing still filled with water when it rained. The simplest thing was to make a drain hole.
