There is no sound coming out of the audio system. This impacts all audio: the radio, phone, nav, usb, and Bluetooth. There is no volume or volume control.
Any suggestions? I can’t find any reference to this in my manual.

The first thing to do is make sure all the fuses are good. If that is okay then check the connections to the system.
Does the system power up? Is there an external amp in the system?
After checking the connections and fuses as recommended by @Cougar, a hard reset of the system might help.
