2016 F150 26,000 miles. The paint is chipping off all 4 door handle inserts, Body shop says it’s plastic that omits chemicals that release the paint. They are going to remove, sand, repaint BUT They say it will happen every 2-3 years from now on. Ford needs to replace these with aluminum ones like the body. Will the warranty be extended on these.
