If all 4 wheels are straight, I would suggest that one of the hub flanges is bent. The vibration you describe is 2x frequency. An imbalanced wheel would shake at 75 - 89mph only, or a 1x frequency. Something bent that rotates gives twice that frequency so 1x is 35 or so and 2x is 75 or so.
