Do you mean the window or door area? If not, explain the location a little better. Does it only happen when you are moving, and over a certain speed?
Take masking tape and seal the gaps between the door and the body.
If the whistling goes a way, there’s a leak between the door seal/gasket and the body.

Good ideas above. If you haven’t done it already, trying opening and closing all the windows and doors again. If you have anything on the roof, like a roof rack, inspect that too. Sometimes something will fall off and create a small opening that acts as a whistle.
