after each fill up, I have difficulty getting my Lincoln MKZ-2015 to start. I have to rev the engine several times to keep it running. What’s the problem ??!!!

Do you have a CEL (check engine light) on??? How many miles on the vehicle??
Possibly canister purge valve…

Concur w @davesmopar above. That valve is supposed to be closed during refueling. If open, excess gasoline vapors get pushed out of the canister & into the engine during the refuel process. If you’re a diy’er, you might spot something obviously wrong if you can find the purge valve. Probably near the evap canister.
