How often do you need the fuel induction system cleaned And what should it cost
Depends on how you drive and what mechanics charge where you live.
If you look in your owners manual, you will find all the maintenance the manufacturer recommends. Notice “fuel induction cleaning” is not on the list.
That said, you have what is known as direct injection on your engine. Some recommend cleaning every 30,000 miles to clean the intake valves. If you want to know what people charge for this, call around to various shops. I’d bet it varies quite a bit. A good independent mechanic is you best bet.
