rough or jerky downshift will not shift into 6 gear when pulling hills
I think it has a CVT, so any ‘shifting’ is artificial, from the computer, to make it seem like there are gears. If you’re having problems, then there may be problems with the CVT. How many miles? Have you had the fluid changed with factory CVT fluid?
