Why do the lights on the steering wheel go off and on and the horn will not work when the lights are off?
If still under warranty take it in. There is some sort of electrical wiring problem.
Are you sure the lights on the wheel are supposed to be on when your dash lights are off? The horn may be a seperate problem that I don’t have an answer for except that it probablt\y lies in the contact ring in the steering wheel.
