My nav, dest, and RPT touch buttons on right side of screen stopped working. My touch screen works fine. Any idea if this is fuse related or a component failure? Also, I have a really difficult time getting voice command to understand me. Any suggestions? Thanks,

I would doubt it is a fuse. Easy enough to check. Look in your owners manual for entertainment system fuses.
I think it is likely a failure in the connection from the switches.
Can’t help you on the voise commands. Some systems have issues with voice tone or accents.
