I have a 2014 Toyota Highlander XLE with the same problem all 4 door actuators went out at the same time. Toyota told me parts and labor would cost me $1,990.00 to repair all four doors back to operating.

It would be very unusual for all 4 actuators to fail at the same time. I would seek a second opinion.
All 4 actuators in a week went bad. Toyota told me that they are aware of the problem but have never issue a recall.
I assume you mean the door lock actuators? If all four died at the same time, my first suspicion would be the driver’s side switch panel.
All the door locks are controlled by the body control module.
