Start by checking the fuse for that circuit.
If Lion’s answer didn’t fix your issue, perhaps being more specific about the problem can help us help you (ie is it the power lock switch that doesn’t work? When referring to the key, do you mean the remote or using the key in the door lock cylinder itself?).
