2014 Jeep Patriot 4wd needs an oil change?

I have a 2014 Jeep Patroit. I get regularly scheduled oil changes. I have been told my 4 wheel drive needs an oil change. Is this true?

Yes, it is true. If this Jeep has the Freedom Drive II off-road package it has a CVT transmission and they are finicky about fluid changes. If you have doubts… Look in your owners manual under maintenance and it will tell you when and how many miles to do all recommended services.
