After backing out of driveway and switching to drive vehicle did not light up the N or D on the shifter, or on the dash. Check engine light popped on. The code read P0705. I ordered the nuetral safety switch and replaced. After turning car back on check engine light was gone. I let the car warm up, then tried too put into drive. Did not register with vehicle and check engine light came back on.
I did not have the code cleared when I had it checked, anyway this could be stored in the memory until it is cleared, or is this another issue?
