my driver side window went down 3" by itself parked wHAT COULD BE CAUSE
Broken window motor, bad switch, bad relay, bad fuse, broken wire… any of these would cause this.
Get in the car and start it up
Hit the window switch up and down
Is there a LOT of noise coming from inside the door?
If yes, you most likely need a power window regulator
