Is there an adjustment that can be made when the transmission warning signal (not in park) comes on when it is in park?
There is a switch inside the shifter that may be out of adjustment that signals this light. I’d suggest a trip to the Ford dealer as they likely have seen this many times before and can quickly adjust it.
