That is the airbag warning light.

Either you need to go see a doctor really bad or as Nevada mentioned your air bag (SRS) light is on…

Lill’e help for we no-airbag folks. Just curious, how could an air bag warning light result in something looking like holding a ball in your lap?
Ah, it’s all a matter of perspective then … lol …
Dealer or an experienced mechanic can scan the computer to get the exact fault code that’s turned the light on,
