I own a 2014 charger rt/plus. having some issues with the awd. first and second gear whine and shudder. please help. dealerships don’t know and tell us to drive it till it breaks then they will fix it.
Sounds like you need to find a new dealership…drive it til it breaks? good grief…How many miles are on your Charger? Have you ever had the transmission serviced?
Check the transmission fluid level. Add some if its low
Be sure you have the correct fluid in the trans (there are several, and someone may have put in the wrong stuff if the fluid was ever drained and changed), at the correct level. Your owners manual may tell you how to check (cold, or hot after shifting through all the gears.) And someone higher up at the dealer might want to know about the advice being given, and might help.
