I have a 2014 Dodge Caravan for which I just purchased a map update. The package had warnings that it was sensitive; so I called for tech support. The guy talked me through the update for two hours and in the end it permanently disabled my GPS. His supervisor says that U Connect / Garmin / Chrysler system has been problematic and I am just plain screwed.
