I have a black 2013 Prius C, bought used. It came from NYC. My question is, why can’t I get it clean? It seems to have a bumpy grime in/on the paint-all over and relatively uniform-that will not wash off-not in a car wash or by hand. Is that common? I don’t see how it could’ve been “waxed on”. Lol because it wouldn’t be so uniform and it would’ve worn off by now.
Try asking someone who knows how to identify a re-sprayed car if it has been painted. That could be the issue. Does it look like “Orange peel?” That is the description used by many for a bad paint job.
