small random/varies soft sqeak noise in front end on drivers side -heard from inside at low/medium speeds. seems to be linked to turning but not consistent. sl560 2013
Could be dozens of things. It needs to go to a mechanic who can actually see, hear and touch your car.

My top of the head guess would be a slightly warped brake rotor.
A dry ball joint can squeak when going over bumps or when turning, or a combination of both.

tell the mechanic to use chassis ears
I use them frequently, and it really cuts down on time spent chasing noises
