Engine ticking noise. Just had oil changed and notice a ticking noise at low speed when engine is straining - noise goes away once up to speed. Not sure what kind of oil was put in but I did asked for oil that would not have to be changed until reaching 7000 miles. Car has 94,000 Miles with no other problems
Have you checked the oil level?
There really isn’t a specific 7000 mile oil. You should change any oil you use based on the manufacturer’s specification.
