2013 Equus after accelerating at a good speed 65 and over to slow down, periodically the vehicle bangs into a gear causing a hard jerk as if you have been struck by another vehicle from behind and no one is there. Diagnostic shows no codes to repair this situation, I need answers desparately!
You should take your mechanic for a ride while he looks at a scanner attached to your cars computer. He can watch what happens when the jerk occurs so he has some chance to fix it. There is no magic pill or silver bullet from the internet that will fix this problem.
