I have noticed a clicking noise and thought it maybe a lifter. I was told at first it would cost over a $1000 just to find out. I talked to the asst service mgr and he listened to the noise. He said it was an injector impulse. The more I listen to it, I don’t think I hear metal on metal. I gave 77000 miles on the truck. Anyone have a F-150 that’s make that type of noise? Jim
You are asking a technical question about a potential internal engine issue without even telling us what engine you have. Plus you say F150 in the post but E150 in the title. Which is it? Is it a 2013? And what engine do you have?
