Replace the battery and ground cable assemblies with new. Or buy bolt on terminals from the auto parts store, cut the old ones off, remove a small amount of insulation and bolt on the new ones.
If you mean the terminals on the battery itself they are not replaceable. Maybe just cleaning will solve your problem. A web search will get you videos on how to do that.
