Yes, but also possible battery, ignition switch, crank sensor, corrosion, battery cable and or ends,
security issue, bad key/fob, locked up engine, bad fuel pump, no gas, timing chain issue etc etc etc etc…
Might try giving us much more info on how it is not starting… crank no start or no crank??
And forgive me for my ignorance, but WTH is binage problem???

I bet OP has new battery. But, I might be wrong.
