Step 1: Read owner’s manual section about fob operation. Answer could be there.
Step 2: No luck? Then replace fob batteries.
Step 3: If still no luck, schedule a visit to nearby dealership shop.

If the door locks don’t respond from the central door locking switch, you likely have lock actuators that failed.
