The gearbox is stock, and i cannot shift it because of the SCC (Smart Cruise Control) system light is on.

You’re going to need to get it towed to a Hyundai dealership to resolve this. The Azera was a fairly rare top line Hyundai with complex electronics, and I don’t know if many independent shops would want to deal with it.
