I suspect you need a new head unit. It’s unlikely to be worth fixing, even if you could find someone to repair it.

Try Crutchfield.

Either that, or–perhaps–there is already a CD in the unit that can’t be ejected.

You could get a rebuilt factory unit but unless you have the base system without the 8" screen Crutchfield won’t be of much help, they only offer head units for digital media (bluetooth/USB only)

It’s broken replace it
